Jolene A. Krol, DMD

A native of the Berkshires, Dr. Krol has deep roots in the community. After receiving a bachelor of science in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, she attended Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2007.

Dr. Krol joined the practice in 2007 and became a partner in 2009. Aside from the practice, Dr. Krol has been active in the wider dental community, as a member of the Berkshire District Dental Society, Massachusetts Dental Society, American Dental Association and International Team for Implantology.

Dr. Krol is the chairperson for the Berkshire District Dental Society for 2015-2017, and earned the Massachusetts Dental Society's Top Ten Under Ten award, which recognizes 10 exceptional Massachusetts dentists who graduated from dental school within the past 10  years.

She also serves on the Berkshire District Dental Society continuing education committee. She has enjoyed volunteering her dental services to underserved children and families in the Berkshires through programs of the Massachusetts Dental Society and other local efforts, and also volunteered in the Dominican Republic to provide free dental services to those in need.

In an effort to highlight the changing demographics and the impact that new dentists are having on practice settings, the MDS New Dentist Committee created the Ten Under 10 award program. To qualify for the honor, dentists must have graduated from dental school within the past 10 years and have made a significant contribution to the profession, their community, and/or organized dentistry.

Besides serving the dental community, she has been involved in many musical shows to support local groups and raise money for local charities.

She lives in Pittsfield with her husband, Joe, and their three young children.
